UK House Prices - Interactive Graphs

This interactive charting tool for house prices (UK) allows you to explore the latest prices from the Halifax and Nationwide monthly house price indices, CLG/LR mix-adjusted index, Financial Times HPI-MA, new Land Registry HPI, and the Rightmove asking price index. It includes optional shift corrections to the timeline to compensate for the different lags inherent in the methodology and a price/HPI predictor based on the BoE monthly mortgage approval figures. The charts are resizeable and currently offers Average House Prices, HPI, Seasonal Adjustment, Transactions/Approvals, and Interest Rates, although we aim to extend this in due course.
